Quick and delicious taro roots sabzi is a wonderful and unique vegetable dish.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it splutter.

Now add onions and fry till it turn golden brown. Add the ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cumin.

Add the arbi to it and mix well. Add a little bit of water to soften the arbi.

When the arbi is cooked, add the grated coconut for garnishing.

It can be served with roti/chapattis.
