Steps

Wash and Soak urad and rajma for overnight, boil in pressure cooker, mash both dals, keep aside.

Heat butter in a pan, add cumin seeds when its start crackling add bay leaf, cinnamon, onion, green chillies and ginger-garlic paste, fry it till brown colour.

Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, tomato puree, stir and cook till it leaves oil.

Add dal, cream, salt, garam masala, and fenugreek leaves, stir it., add 1 cup water, mix well, allow it to cook for 10 minutes.

Serve hot garnished with coriander and butter.
