  1. 150 g.chicken breast
  2. 1 pinchsea salt
  3. 1 tspsesame oil
  4. 1 pinchwhite pepper
  5. 2 c.water
  6. 10 gginger
  7. 2-3garlic cloves
  8. 1 pinchwhite peppercorns
  9. 15 gchopped cellery
  10. 1 ccooked rice
  11. 2 tsptianjin preserved vegetables
  12. 1 tspdeep fried minced garlic

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with oil, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Add water in a saucepan, along with garlic, ginger, peppercorns, chopped celery and preserved vegetable. Heat until boiling. Add marinated chicken breast for three mins or until cooked.

  3. 3

    Take chicken out of the pot and shred it. Add rice into the pot and cook until reboiled again. Lower the heat.

  4. 4

    Season with more salt then serve in a bowl topped with shredded chicken, white pepper and minced fried garlic for better aroma
