Ingredients

4-serving
  • Crabs
  • crabs Beer White wine Lemon Alaskan Snow (3 each), (1 cup), (1/4 cup), slice (1)
  • Crab Salad

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot add the crabs, beer, wine, and lemon slice and cook on medium heat for 10 mins or til the crabs are hot.

  2. 2

    Let the crabs cool for 5 mins.

  3. 3

    Crack the crabs, take out the meat, and put in a bowl (discard the crab shells).

  4. 4

    Next add all of the crab salad ingredients except the mayo and Ritz crackers and mix slowly.

  5. 5

    Add the mayo and mix till your desire consistency.

  6. 6

    On a plate spread out the crackers and add a spoon full the salad on top of the cracker.

  7. 7

    Garnish with parsley, serve and enjoy.
