Ingredients

  1. 1large tomato, cubed
  2. 1/2large mango, cubed
  3. 1/4 cupfresh parsley, chopped
  4. 1/4 cupfresh lemon thyme, chopped
  5. 2 tbspfresh chives, chopped
  6. 1/2jalapeño, chopped
  7. 1 tbspextra virgin olive oil
  8. Juice of half a lemon
  9. Juice of half a lime
  10. 1 pinchsea salt
  11. 1 pinchblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop and mix all ingredients together Let sit 30 minutes. Serve and eat
