Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 190 degree celsius. Whisk together flour and baking powder. Beat together butter and sugar with a mixer at medium speed until combined for 1 to 2 mins.

Add eggs and beat well. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating until well combined and add the vanilla.

Butter the cake pans and pour over the batter. Place it in the oven and let it bake for 45 minutes.

For the vanilla sauce, combine the whipped cream and milk. Whisk together and gradually add the vanilla essence. Add the sugar finally and whisk until combined.

Now cut the cake from middle evenly. Pour some vanilla sauce and add the strawberries. Now put the second layer of cake on it and repeat the previous step. It will seem more like a pudding.
