Hummus

God bless the chickpea 🙌🏼
This is a classic chickpea recipe, that's super easy because it uses very few ingredients and is yummmyyyyyyy!
I adapted this recipe from minimalistbaker.com because I used the method of cooking the chickpeas (in its liquid) with garlic cloves for 4 minutes in the microwave, which really infuses the garlic flavour and makes the hummus very creamy. The other ingredient that is key for amazing hummus is tahini, which is a sesame paste, this is a must have ingredient for this recipe!
I served mine with some toasted bread, carrot sticks and red peppers. It would also be good with pitta bread, crackers or tortilla chips.
TIP: refrigerate this for a while before serving for an straight depth of flavour
