Ingredients

4 serving
  • 1/4 cuprice Broken
  • 1 litremilk Whole
  • 1/2 litreWater
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1 tablespoonCondense milk
  • 6numbers Cardamom, crushed
  • 1/4 cupCashew nuts
  • 2 tablespoonsGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the rice well and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Add milk, water and sugar into a vessel, bring to boil.

  3. 3

    Add rice and cook in low flame. Stir occassionaly until you get the desired consistency.

  4. 4

    Add condense milk and cardamom powder. Remove from fire.

  5. 5

    Garnish with fried cashew nuts.
