Cooking Instructions

Soak whole wheat in water for two hours, coarsely grind in mixer

Take out in a tin add water and pressure cook, give 2 whistels.

After cooking rest for 5 mins then heat pan pour this mixture add Jaggery and cook

When Jaggery will mixed completely add nutmeg powder cover with lid cook for couple of mins, add dry fruits and saffron

Take out pysam in bowl,let it cool and cup of milk it is ready to serve. dont add milk at once when you like to have take some pysum and add lukeworm milk. without milk also it tastes yum.super healthy.
