Veggie Delight

Preparing dinner on a lazy Sunday evening might be quite tedious, at least for a few. So here's presenting a quick and easy dish to go along with rotis or even ghee rice, with a boiled egg, may be. A heart full of healthy veggies, for a healthy heart :) Chopped broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, onion, and capsicum fried and seasoned in butter. This stir fry is as simple as it could be, yet scrumptious and nutritive.
Broccoli is one of the most healthiest veggies, but not realized by many. This fiber-rich vegetable helps check the cholesterol levels and aids in detoxification too. So the next time you grab a broccoli from store, do prepare this interesting recipe.
Mushrooms too are healthy as they help boost the immune system and aids in metabolism. And the point is that, both mushrooms and broccoli are loved by Tanu and me. And Shirazkaaka has to have it because of the health benefits, though he doesn't like mushrooms much.. :)
