Ingredients

6 c.Potato, sliced thin
4 Tflour
2 1/2 t.Salt
1/8 t.Pepper
1onion
2 1/2 c.Hot milk
2 T.Butter

Steps

Place a layer of potatoes in buttered baking dish, add onion, sprinkle with salt pepper and flour, and dot with butter.

Repeat

Pour hot milk over potatoes and bake at 350 for 1-1 1/4 hr. Serves 6
