3Fried Fish
3tomatoes, chopped
1onion, chopped
1 tspRoyco
cooking oil
halftsp salt
some water

Put oil in the sufuria and heat, Then add onions then heat for a few minutes and add tomatoes.

Let it soften and add the salt and royco then add 1 cup of water for soup and dip in the fish
3

Cover and let it simmer for 15 minutes then remove from heat and serve with Ugali
