1cksp palm oil
1fresh pepper

Pre heat oven 250 degree

Peel the back of yam, wash and send it to the oven for 20mins

Dice or pound pepper, pour palm oil into a plate, add salt and pepper

Insert knife into yam to confirm if its tender; once its cooked through enjoy with palm oil.
