Sausage casserole
This recipe is best made in the slow cooker. It can be on high for 5 hours and needs stirring occasionally. You can add different veg in or remove ones in the recipe. It is a good meal to batch cook and freeze and can be cooked from frozen but would need a bit of water in the tub so it doesn't dry out. One serving is 335 cals, 26g protein , 17.1g fat.
