Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupcorn oil
  • 4 tbspbutter
  • flour
  • old bay seasoning
  • season salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour 1/4 cup corn or vegetable oil in pan

  2. 2

    Roll snapper steak in flour mixed with the seasonings

  3. 3

    Cook on each side on med. heat for 5 minutes a side

  4. 4

    Remove snapper from pan

  5. 5

    Add butter and any herbs to the pan with oil fish was just in

  6. 6

    Add butter mixture to fish
