Ingredients

  • for the beef kabobs
  • 2 lbsLondon broil, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tbsMontreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tbsgarlic powder
  • 1 tbsseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1andouille sausage
  • for the veggies
  • 1/2LG sweet onion, large chunks
  • 1lg orange bell pepper, 1 inch pieces
  • 6lg crimini mushrooms, lg pieces
  • cherry tomatoes
  • rest of the ingredients
  • 1 bottlekikkoman teriyaki glaze
  • bamboo skewers

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the meat ingredients except sausage in a 1 gallon zip lock bag. Fill with air. Shake to coat beef. Let marinade 30 minutes.

    Prepare rest of ingredients.

  3. 3

    Soak skewers in water for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Arrange desired ingredients on a skewer.

  5. 5

    Heat grill. Grill kabobs till medium rare. Brush with teriyaki glaze. Serve. Enjoy.

cooking is a passion of mine. I started when I was very young and I had to drag a milk crate around to see over the counter. taught by a career cook (my grandmother ). I have always tried to push the boundaries of conventional cooking. I prefer cooking wild game. when I can get my hands on it, but fish is more readily available for me. I raise and butcher most of the livestock that I use for my conventional recipes. I hope everyone can find a few recipes they like in my list.
