Steps

Take a cooker, add dal and 3 cups of water, salt, red chilli, tumeric powder and cook it for 15-20 mins.

After it gets cook add some water in it and mix well. Take a kadai, add ghee, jeera, garlic, light red chilli powder and mix well for a second and add the boiled dal.

Let it cook for 5 mins and garnish with coriander leaves. Then serve hot in a bowl with rice or chapati.
