Steps

Wash the omena then put aside. in a frying pan add oil and let heat until you see bubbles then add the omena
- 2
Let the omena fry until crunchy and light brown in colour. Then add onions and heat for a few minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes

Let it cook as you stir for the mixture to mix well. Remove from heat and serve with Ugali.
