Ingredients

  1. Crust:
  2. 150 gramsGraham cracker crumbs
  3. 50 gramsSugar
  4. 50 gramsButter
  5. Cheesecake:
  6. 3Eggs
  7. 1/2 cupSugar
  8. 1 boxPhiladelphia Cream Cheese (225 grams)
  9. 3 TbspAll Purpose Flour
  10. 1/2 tspSalt
  11. 200 mLWhip Cream

Cooking Instructions

    Take out cream cheese from fridge. Works best when at room temperature.

    Crust: Mix cracker crumbs and sugar, then add melted butter and combine.

  3. 3

    Lay out the crust mix in a 9 inch pan, patted down to smooth the surface and the sides.

    Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes. If you are in a hurry, 10 minutes in freezer is okay too.

    Preheat oven at 340°F or 170°C

  6. 6

    In a blender, add eggs and sugar, mix.

  7. 7

    Cut cream cheese into small pieces and put it in step #6, mix.

    Add flour and salt to step #7, mix.

  9. 9

    Add whip cream to step #8, mix.

  10. 10

    When everything is combined, take out the crust from fridge and pour into the pan.

    Bake in middle of the oven for 40 minutes or until the top is golden colour.

    Take it out when it is done, let it cool at room temperature, then put in the fridge.
