Ingredients

3 servings
  • 20 gbean‐starch vermicelli (cellophane noodle)
  • 1/2cucumber (slice thinly)
  • crab sticks (or tube‐shaped fish paste cake)(to taste)
  • marinade:(mixed in advance)
  • *1 Tbsp vinegar
  • *1 tspsugar
  • *1 tsp~ soy sauce
  • * to tastesesame oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak cucumber in cold salted (1 tsp) water for 5 minutes. Drain and squeeze well.

  2. 2

    Bring the water to a boil, add bean‐starch vermicelli and cook according to the directions on the package. Cut into bite sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients and marinate.
