Plum-Coco Dream Drink

Fresh plums arrived at home, and I was eager to create a unique drink. But just as I started, I realized we were completely out of bananas! 😃 Then my eyes fell on a fresh green coconut lying in the kitchen. That was it! I blended the sweet-and-sour punch of plums, the creaminess of curd, and the natural freshness of tender coconut water and malai, topping it off with soaked sabja seeds. The resulting "Plum-Coco Dream Drink" turned out so amazingly delicious, refreshing, and rich that everyone at home loved it instantly!
Health Benefits :-
Rich in Antioxidants : Plums boost immunity and keep you refreshed throughout the day.
Natural Hydration : Tender coconut water and malai replenish essential electrolytes in the body.
Gut-Friendly & Cooling : Curd and sabja (basil) seeds calm the stomach and promote smooth digestion.

Steps
- 1
Preparation : Wash the plums, remove the seeds, and chop them into small pieces. Soak 1 tsp of sabja seeds in 2–3 tbsp of water for 5 minutes until they swell up.
- 2
Blending : In a blender jar, add chopped plums, tender coconut malai, fresh curd, rock sugar/honey, and cardamom powder.
- 3
Add Coconut Water : Pour in 1/2 cup of fresh coconut water and blend everything smoothly until creamy and rich.
- 4
Pour & Serve : Pour the vibrant drink into a tall glass.
- 5
Garnish : Top with the soaked black sabja seeds and sliced pistachios. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Tips
∆ Balance the Sourness : If your plums are a bit extra tangy, feel free to add a little extra rock sugar or honey.
∆ Texture Secret : Always use fresh, non-sour curd to allow the delicate flavors of coconut and plum to shine through.
