Ingredients

  • 2ripe mango
  • 1 cupcoconut shredded
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 2 tablespoonscornflour
  • chopped nuts for garnishing,(almonds, cashews,raisins)

Steps

  1. 1

    First peel the mangoes and take the pulp of mangoes.

    Now put it into a blender,add sugar and cornflour.make a fine puree.

    Now heat a pan and add mango puree. Cook for 5 minutes. Till sugar dissolves.

    Now add grated coconut. Mix well. And cook for 4 Mintues.

    Now grease a dish and pour this mixture over that. Flat with the help of spatula. Pour chopped nuts over it

    Leave it for 2 hour for setting. After 2 hours cut it into pieces of your choice.
