Ingredients

10 minutes.
4 servings.
  1. 500 mlmilk -
  2. custard powder - 1table spoon
  3. suger - as per your taste
  4. Watermelon - 1 big bowl, seedless and cut into pieces
  5. 1/2 spoonrock salt -
  6. mint leaves - 1table spoon
  7. 1 spoonlemon juice -

Steps

10 minutes.
  1. 1

    Take 1/2 cup milk, add custard powder and mix well.

  2. 2

    Boil the milk, add custard milk and suger.

  3. 3

    After 5 minutes switch off the gas.

  4. 4

    Cool the mixture.

  5. 5

    Take 4 glasses, add custard milk and sat into freezer for 4-5 hours.

  6. 6

    Take a jar, add Watermelon pieces, rock salt, mint leaves and lemon juice and bland.

  7. 7

    Now add this mixture into custard milk glasses and sat into freezer for 4-5 hours.

  8. 8

    Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled.
