Ingredients

2-4 servings
  • 4spring onions chopped
  • 400 gchopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbstomatoe puree
  • 2 tbspmixed dried herbs
  • 4reduced fat mini naan breads
  • 150 gboneless Roast chicken breasts sliced
  • 50 greduced fat cheese greated
  • 12cherry tomatoes quarted
  • 1/4cucumber finely cut
  • 1small red onion finely cut
  • 1 tspgreen chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tbspcoriander finely cut

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the green chilli, chicken and cheese.

  2. 2

    Place the mini naan breads on a baking trays.

  3. 3

    Spread the Tomato puree on the naan breads.

  4. 4

    Add the chicken, chopped chilli/jalapeños and a sprinkle of cheese. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes

  5. 5

    Just a tip... you can add any ingredient onto the pizzas like salami

  6. 6

    The oven also needs to be on at 180 degrees
