Wash the kunde leaves and chop them then put in a sufuria and add the baking powder and 1 cup of water and put it to boil for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes turn off the heat and drain the excess water.

In another sufuria put in the cooking oil and onions after a minute add the tomatoes and stir then cover until the tomatoes become tender.

Crash the tomatoes and put in the kunde and mix then add 1/4 cup of water and salt. Cover for a minute for it to cook.

Add the milk into the kunde and cover for 4 minutes. serve while hot.
