Boil milk in a pan.

When it get little boiled add the paste of cashew and Elaichi.

Let the milk get thick and near, just keep steering with the spoon so that the milk does not burn at the bottom of the pan

Add sugar and stir continously till a beautiful aroma raises. Milk should come nearer and thick.

Let it cool down to room temperature and place it in a box or Kulfi maker kit.

Place those in freezer for half to one day for better results.

Yummy icy delight of milk is ready to be enjoyed and it's healthier for children who do not like milk. Enjoy the summers
