Mix properly Can also add green chillies for spice

Now add salt and pepper according to the taste

Heat a nonstick tawa Spread little butter or oil over the tawa once heated

Now spread the mixture carefully over the tawa

Once cooked properly, turn over and let it get crisp

Serve immediately with sauce/green chutney
