Place pineapple, sugar, and the lion in the food processor or blender and blend until completely smooth

Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 2 hours but preferably overnight

Whisk milk and sugar together until sugar dissolves

Add whipping cream and combine well

Stir in the chilled pineapple mixture

Pour into your ice cream maker

Churn for about 25 to 30 minutes
