2tomatoes
3chopped carrots
3chopped potatoes
1/4 kgbeef meat
1/2 kgFrench beans
2 spoonscooking oil
to tasteSalt
1/2 litrewater

Fry onions to golden brown

Add meat, Fry to golden dry

Add tomatoes, simmer for 1-2 minutes

Add salt, potatoes and carrots Cook for 2-3 minutes

Add French beans cook 4-5 minutes

Add water, Cook till ready. Serve while hot
