Pour in rice. Leave for another 15 minutes

Parboil rice and strain in a colander

Pour ground nut oil in a clean pot

Put a little salt and pour in chopped onions afterwards. Leave for 4 minutes

Put in the tomato paste, curry and tune. Leave for 5 minutes

Pour in rice into the pot and stir with the fried sauce. Keep stirring and then add 2 cubes of onga

After wards, put in chopped garlic and add a little water

After 10 minutes add the remaining onga cube and lower the gas or stove for the food to simmer

Wait till water drys out before serving
