Ingredients

  • 4bananas
  • 2 cupsAll-Purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoonrice flour
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 5 teaspoonSugar
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 4bananas
  • Sunflower oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients except the bananas until it gets into a thick batter

  2. 2

    Slice the bananas and keep it aside

  3. 3

    Next, dip the bananas to the batter

  4. 4

    Last, but not the least, deep-fry the dipped bananas with sunflower oil until golden-brown

  5. 5

    Done!
