Pilau and Beef stew
Pilau a meal that will leave you wanting more

Prepare all the ingredients; chop the tomatoes and onions to small pieces

Prepare by first adding 1 tablespoonful of cooking oil to the pan and heat moderately.

Add about 100 grams of the red beef (without the fatty parts) to the pan for shallow frying.

When the beef is browned and infiltrated with oil add the 1 tablespoonful of pilau masala and stir for even distribution.

Add water twice the size of the rice 500g×2 = 1000 grams to the pan and cover for fast boiling.

When the water(soup) is boiled add the rice to the pan and stir, heat moderately while covered to utilise steam for proper cookin. Add 1 tablespoonful of salt at this stage.

Once the pilau is prepared remove From heat and cover nice(more delicious when warm)

Fry the remaining 400 grams of beef using another pan

Ensure the onions and tomatoes make a good paste before adding the beef for cooking.

The procedure will last about 30 minutes to ensure meat is well cooked. Add salt and water for stew; use jus a little water to get a thick soup.

This meal is enough for 5 or more people. Serve and Enjoy.
