4 servings

2 cupcooked rice
1/2 cupuncooked cabbage(or spinach, kale)
1/2 cupcheese
pinchgarlic salt
4eggs
oil to fry

Steps

Add cooked rice, oil and cabbage on low-medium heat, cover.

Stir occasionally until rice browns

In separate pan fry eggs (scramble can be added to rice)

Add cheese

Let stand till cheese is melted
