Get a clean pot add water place on heat allow water to boil,add the macaroni,reduce the size of spaghetti and add to the pot.

Allow to boil for 15min,then wash and drain.put back in the pot add water place on heat allow water to dry off.

Wash spinach with salt then slice,place a clean pot on heat add spinach with little salt heat for 1min

Food is ready so delicious can be eaten with tomatoes stew.
