Wash carrots thoroughly

Now grate your carrots and put to the side

Put ghee into a wok and put heat on high.

When ghee is melted, Place in your Carrots and mix!

Cover after mixing!

Add in 1/4 of a cinnamon stick. And a Bay leaf. (OPTIONAL)

When it turns golden (Carrots,) take out Bay leaf and and cinnamon stick (if you added it) add in your sugar! STIR CONSTANTLY

Add in your milk about 2 mins after you add your sugar! KEEP STIRRING

When everything is properly combined. Your Halva is done! I placed mine in a glass bowl.

Serve with ice cream!
