Tahini Cookies

This cookie recipe uses Tahini, sesame butter which can be purchased at all good health food stores, bought online or homemade. These cookies are super easy and quick to make. Plus they're vegan, gluten free, dairy free, sugar free and egg free!
I stumbled across these yummy treats when searching for something to bake for a coffee morning. I wanted it to be vegan, dairy free and gluten free so that everyone could have something to munch on while chatting, sipping hot drinks and having a good time. I found this recipe and it was perfect, better than what I expecting to find! Deliciously sweet and nutty.
They were a hit at the coffee morning, even ladies who didn't have any allergies were having them and coming back for more!
You can add dried fruit, seeds, other chopped nuts, dates or diced apples if you want to experiment. I just make them plain like the recipe says but you can spice it up if you're feeling adventurous!
Makes 36 small cookies
WARNING: contains nuts and sesame!
