Ingredients

  1. 1 lbPork ribs
  2. 1carrot
  3. 1onion
  4. 1 candemi glace sauce
  5. 4 tbspketchup
  6. 1soup cube
  7. 50 mlred wine
  8. 400 mlwater
  9. 1oil
  10. 1salt and pepper
  11. 4potatoes (optional)
  12. 1 canmushrooms (or fresh - optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut carrot into slices, onion into wedges.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle salt & pepper on ribs.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and brown ribs.

  4. 4

    Add veggies and stir fry.

  5. 5

    When veggies coated in oil, add wine, water and demi glace.

  6. 6

    Bring to boil. Add soup cube and ketchup, then simmer. Skim off scum.

  7. 7

    Simmer 2 hours stirring every 15 minutes.

  8. 8

    Optionally, pan sear ribs, then put all ingredients in pressure cooker. Cook on high 30 minutes.
