  • 1 bunchspinach, chopped
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1onion chopped
  • cooking oil
  • salt
  • white flour for ugali

    After chopping and washing the spinach, add oil in a sufuria and heat for a few mins then add onions, then spinach

  2. 2

    Let it cook for 10 mins then add milk and salt. cover for 5 mins then remove.

  3. 3

    Prepare Ugali and serve with delicious spinach
