Ingredients

  • Macaroni or any pasta
  • 1onion
  • 1 containercooking cream (about 1 cup or 240 ml)
  • 1small carton tomato sauce (about 1 cup or 200 ml)
  • 2small packs diced chorizo (about 7 oz or 200 grams total)
  • 1egg

    Slice the onion into thin strips and sauté until soft.

  2. 2

    Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  3. 3

    Remove the onion to a plate and fry the chorizo in the same pan. Then add the onion back in.

  4. 4

    Add the macaroni to the boiling water and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside when done.

  5. 5

    Add the cooking cream and about 1/4 of the tomato sauce carton to the pan with the chorizo and onion.

    Cook the cream over medium heat, add the egg, and stir until it blends into the sauce.

  7. 7

    When the sauce thickens, remove from heat and mix with the macaroni.
