Steps

Wash and roughly chop coriander

In a mixer jar put peanuts and grind them nicely

Now in the same jar put together jeera, sugar, kala namak, salt, lime juice, green chillies and chopped coriander

Close the mixer jar and grind all the ingredients together into a smooth paste

When done take it out in a serving bowl

You can store it in an airtight container in a refrigerator

As we have not added any extra water to it, it can be stored for a week in a refrigerator

If you like to add water then while using it you can add

You can also add achhe powder if you like in place of lime juice, or you can add both, half half
