I made this simple meal today. I was in a hurry. Its simple and takes a short time to cook.
Steps

Break 2 eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs thoroughly add salt and mix to ensure that salt is spread evenly.

THEN wash and chop the kale in to small sizes according to your taste and preference

Put 3 tbsp of oil in a pan, fry then eggs both sides.

Fry till golden brown in each side.

In a different pan, put 2 tbsp oil and Sautée the kale in low heat.
- 6
Add salt and Sautée kale for just a few minutes.
- 7
Serve with Ugali.
