Sesame Kofta Fingers

Season the kofta with the listed spices and shape into finger-sized pieces.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable ghee, arrange the kofta fingers, press them gently, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Taste, then light a piece of charcoal, place it on aluminum foil with a drop of oil, and set it in the dish with the kofta. Cover and let sit for 10 minutes to infuse a smoky flavor.
