Warm the oven to 200' C

Cut rhubarb in pieces of 1 cm

Mix all the wet ingredients in one bowl and all the dry ingredients in the other

Add rhubarb in the bowl with wet substance and mix in the dry part.

Fill in the muffin baking tray with paper forms and fill those with dough up to 2/3

Top the muffins with oatmeal and sugar

Bake for 20 minutes or till light brown
