Add the oats and protein powder to the jar and stir. Next, add the almond milk and yogurt. Shake and stir to ensure the protein powder mixes with the liquid. Add the berries and shake once more before putting the jar in the fridge at least 8 hours before you want to eat it so that all the moisture is absorbed into the oats and they are softened.
