For the spaghetti. Boil 3cups of water and the break the spaghetti into 2as you place in the boiling water. Add1/2 tsp salt and 1tbs cooking oil

Allow the spaghetti to cook for 5-10minutes as it softens. turn off the heat and drain the excess water.

For the liver Place the partially boiled liver in a frying pan and add 5tbs cooking oil and a pinch of salt.

Turn the cooker at high heat the stir continuously and the liver continues to turn dark brown keep on stirring.

After 2 minutes turn the heat to medium level and continue stir as the liver hardens. After 5 minutes turn of the heat and serve.
