Peel the back of irish, wash and shread

Sprinkle salt on the irish

Put pan on heat, add vegetable oil allow to heat for 1minute then add the irish potatoes and fry

Reduce the oil to 1 table spoon, break egg in bowl whisk and add little salt, 1/4 cube of Maggie

Then fry your egg, do well to flip the other side and fry.

Arrange meal in a plate with tomatoes ketchup
