Soak aamchur sticks for 3-4 hrs

Pressure cook for two whistle

Now let it cool down for sometime

Soak raisinsin warm water for 10 minutes

Add sugar and salt to boiled aamchur

As they become golden brown add onion seeds/ kalonji
