I love liver especially when cooked with stew. Especially when cooked with onions and tomatoes at the end of the cooking process.

I love liver especially when cooked with stew. Especially when cooked with onions and tomatoes at the end of the cooking process.
Steps

Fry the onions until soft, add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes. in another pan, put to boil the chopped liver for 10minutes.

Add the tomato and red pepper flakes and cook for five minutes.Add the liver stock and simmer for five minutes

Add the liver and cook for 15 minutes
- 4
Serve with ugali, rice or chappati.
