  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1onion
  4. cooking oil
  5. salt

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the Omena with warm water then dip in in hot boiled oil in a frying pan.

  2. 2

    Once the Omena is golden brown in color add onions then add tomatoes.

  3. 3

    When already mixed add salt

  4. 4

    Serve with ugali
