Ingredients

  • 2-3very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1large egg, beaten
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • (Optional) chocolate chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350, and butter a 4x8 loaf pan

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, mash bananas and mix in melted butter

  3. 3

    Mix in baking soda, salt

  4. 4

    Stir in sugar, egg and, vanilla

  5. 5

    Mix in flour and chocolate chips (optional)

  6. 6

    Pour into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes!
